200 CLUB
	We currently have 75 payments into the 200 Club account which is an increase from last year. This is due to members buying more than one ticket, which we very much appreciate. If you paid last year as a one-off payment, and haven’t done so already, please do consider renewing your membership for this year too or, better still, set up a standing order going forward. Many thanks to Pam Rumney for designing and distributing our on-line form, which we hope provides an easy sign-up option, details of which may be found below.

Have you thought about joining the OSB ‘200 Club’ Prize Draw? If not, please do because… By taking part it gives you the chance of winning a top Prize of £200 and also helps the school and the Society. All money raised goes towards supporting the school and the St Beghian Society. Over the years, a variety of projects and clubs have benefited within the school by the purchase of such things as canoes and a canoe trailer, a donation to the Car Kit Club and assistance with sports kit and sports tours. In the last couple of years, the 200 Club has donated £3,000 to the school library, which is now open, and £500 to the school’s Eco-club. More recently £600 for the purchase of tents for the Duke of Edinburgh's award has also been given. These contributions were very much appreciated by both the school and the students, who greatly benefit from these activities and facilities. For just £2 a month or £24 a year you are entered into one draw a year, and the more members we have, the bigger and more prizes there are. Remember, it is possible to have more than one number in the draw – and hence potentially to win more than one prize! We do hope that you will consider joining in with this fun, but also very worthwhile, 200 Club draw. Why not buy a ticket for a family member or for friends – it could be a ‘different’ and lucrative Birthday/Christmas Present or Gift for someone? Thank you to all of you who are already members, your support is very much appreciated. And we very much look forward to welcoming many more new OSBs to the draw soon.
